Train with Suzy offers personal training sessions which are individually designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
I specialise in fitness, fat loss, body toning and body sculpting in Sheffield and the surrounding areas and I am one of the few personal trainers in Sheffield with my own private gym space.
The pressures of a modern day lifestyle can often mean that we never seem able to motivate ourselves to make the time to exercise and keep in shape – I can help.
I provide 1-2-1 personal training sessions in my private gym space in Sheffield.
I also offer the option of 2 person "Bridal Bootcamps" and "Friends & Family Sessions".
These sessions are ideal if you wish to tone up or get fit for a wedding, holiday or another big event.
Alternatively, you might just wish to share the session and gain extra motivation by training with someone you know.

Suzy became a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2013 and shortly after that created her own personal gym space at home to train people in.
Since then she has worked with many people both 1-2-1 and in groups on varying goals from fat loss to looking leaner, from whole body transformations to preparing for a big event.
Suzy can offer tailored packages that suit your goals and fit around your busy lifestyle.

With every personal training session lasting an hour you won’t be disappointed.
I will help focus and motivate you from the minute you walk through my door.
Whatever your specific level from first-timers to fitness fanatics, body type or however hectic your schedule, you may arrive harassed, but you will leave with a feeling of well-being.
Managing your time and stress levels can be tricky – I know as I have a family with twin daughters!
To avoid your body getting used to the same exercises I will change it frequently so your body keeps guessing and working hard to produce those results you are longing for.
Don’t be afraid to tell me if you don’t like something as there are plenty of options for change. This will benefit your state of mind to obtaining your goal.
You may even surprise yourself with how much your body is capable of achieving.

- 10 Week Programme; 10 x sessions @ 1 hour per week = £350.00 – Only £35.00 per session
- Friends and family sessions from £17 per person, per 1 hour session
- Bridal Bootcamp sessions from £17 per person, per 1 hour session
