During lockdown I have done both 1:1 on zoom and HIIT classes. I have found them to be a great tonic and amazing fun. Suzy is a fantastic instructor. Very thorough with clear instructions. Thanks to her daughter Izzy also, who shows alternative exercises to the ones given if you are unable to carry them out. She is also a great motivator.
