I specialise in fitness, fat loss, body toning and body sculpting in South West Sheffield and local areas.
The pressures of a modern day lifestyle can often mean that we never seem able to motivate ourselves to make the time to exercise and keep in shape and I can help.
I provide 1-2-1 personal training sessions in my private gym.
I also offer special “Bridal Bootcamps” for small groups of 2/3 people (for larger parties please enquire) – brides, bridesmaids, grooms or any others who wish to get in shape for a occasion.

All information you provide will be handled with 100% confidentiality.
*Once signed this will be taken off the chosen package: this includes a short fitness test, body measurements, blood pressure and body fat percentage.
You will be sent a full Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and Lifestyle questionnaire to complete prior to your exercise routine being designed for you.
This will ensure that I have the correct information to build a safe and effective training programme for you.

My fitness programmes can be tailored for anyone at any level. The exercises will be tailored to your current fitness levels and goals. The health benefits are huge and will reduce your risk of heart attack, reduce blood pressure, lower cholesterol, reduce risk of injury, improve your sleeping patterns and help you to wake refreshed, boost your mood, increase energy levels and improve mobility.
Are you carrying around a bit of extra fat?
My fat loss programme is designed for anyone at any level who wants to lose fat. Fat loss is important for lowering your weight and therefore your body fat %.
Why is this important? It has many benefits for your health which include; lowering your risk of heart disease, lowering your blood pressure, cholesterol and reducing the risk of developing diabetes. Carrying too much fat and weight in your body can put unnecessary strain on joints and over time can result in serious ailments and reduces mobility.
Why wouldn’t you want to lose fat and exercise more?
Would you like to lose inches? Or fit into smaller clothing? Or show off beautifully toned arms?
My body toning programme is designed for the whole body and is suitable for anyone at any level. Body toning – the purpose of exercising to tone up is to lose excess body fat and develop muscles. A balanced exercise programme will develop your body to give that tightened toned look. This incorporates cardio, moderate weights, body weight exercises and core stability to challenge your body.
Do you have a 'problem area'?
My body sculpting programme is designed for anyone at any fitness level who has a specific area they want to define or change. This is especially good for those difficult areas of your body that you love to hate.
Brides to be or Grooms to be:
Weddings are special and there is no better way to prepare than an intensive exercise programme for benefits of weight loss, tone the whole body and reduce stress levels. For the Grooms you may want to fill out that suit with some muscles or increase your energy levels!
Getting started couldn’t be easier! You can call or email me to discuss if I am the right trainer for you and can work together in reaching your specific goals.
I will email across the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, otherwise known as a PAR-Q, Lifestyle questionnaire plus my terms and conditions. This will be for you to complete and bring to your first consultation or you may want to email it back so I can browse through before you arrive.
A consultation can be arranged at a convenient time for you. This can take place anywhere quiet and will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour. This is where we get to know each other too.
We will discuss your medical history and lifestyle on a questionnaire to make sure I have the correct information, before I design your bespoke personal training exercise programme, and a brief outline of what to expect during your session with me.
I will then take your baseline measurements; blood pressure, heart rate, and body mass index (BMI). These will be repeated every fourth week and at your final session. This way we can see your improvements quickly and accurately and a step closer to your ultimate goal.
A short fitness test will be carried out to assess your current fitness levels. This will help me with designing your programme. The consultation and fitness test is entirely free and if you feel at the end of this I am not the right trainer for you there is no obligation to train with me.
However, if you decided you want to train with me and are comfortable with everything we will then decide on your first session and I will have your bespoke programme ready and waiting.
