The pressures of a modern day lifestyle can often mean that we never seem able to motivate ourselves to make the time to exercise and keep in shape – I can help.
I provide 1-2-1 training sessions in my private gym space.
I also offer special “Bridal Bootcamps” for small groups of 2 or 3 people – such as brides and bridesmaids, bride and groom or any other small group who wish to get in shape for their special events.
I offer a free consultation – these take from 45 minutes to 1 hour: this includes a short fitness test, body measurements, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI) and heart rate measurements.
Following the consultation there is no obligation to book any sessions and all information provided will be handled with 100% confidentiality.
A full Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and Lifestyle questionnaire will be completed prior to an exercise routine being designed for you. This will ensure that I have the correct information to build a safe and effective training programme for you.
