I will email across the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, otherwise known as a PAR-Q, Lifestyle questionnaire plus my terms and conditions. This will be for you to complete and bring to your first consultation or you may want to email it back so I can browse through before you arrive.
A consultation can be arranged at a convenient time for you. This can take place anywhere quiet and will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour. This is where we get to know each other too.
We will discuss your medical history and lifestyle on a questionnaire to make sure I have the correct information before I design your bespoke exercise programme and a brief outline of what to expect during your session with me.
I will then take your baseline measurements; blood pressure, heart rate, and body mass index (BMI). These will be repeated every fourth week and at your final session. This way we can see your improvements quickly and accurately and a step closer to your ultimate goal.
A short fitness test will be carried out to assess your current fitness levels this will help me with designing your programme. The consultation and fitness test is entirely free and if you feel at the end of this I am not the right trainer for you there is no obligation to train with me.
However, if you decided you want to train with me and are comfortable with everything we will then decide on your first session and I will have your bespoke programme ready and waiting.
